Thank you for booking with the Highland Games. Please read the information below and if you have any questions please contact us at

Arrival – Hall Sports Ground: Please use the main car park entrance – Parking Available.
Christ’s College: Parking on site – follow the drive way down to the venue.
Please drop your children by 9.50am if you’re booking for the Standard Day as this will allow your child to register and then prepare for their first activity. Extended Day drop off is 9:00am onwards.

Hours – Standard Day: 10:00am-3:00pm.

Parking – There are car parks at both venues. Parents are welcome to use any spaces that are available but are asked to be cautious when driving in as there will be other children being dropped off. If the car park is full then please park in the roads nearby. Please be aware of any local parking restrictions if you have to park off site for any reason.

Collection – Please collect your child from their registration group at 3:00pm. This will be at the same location you are directed to in the morning. NB. On the day of a presentation, all the children will assemble in one location for collection (to be advised on the day). Please do not collect your child before the staff have carried out the final register. Please sign out your child and any others you may be collecting.

Lunch –Please bring a packed lunch and a drink. Please do not include any nut products. Try and avoid eggs if at all possible. NO NUTELLA/PEANUT BUTTER OR ANY OTHER NUT RELATED FOODS. During the camps, lunches must be prepared carefully due to the heat. No refrigeration of lunches is possible – please use ice packs if available. Although drinks are available at breaks, please enclose plenty of water, or a water bottle that we can refill. Highland Games advertise and promote healthy eating, so please provide fruit and vegetables. Not just chocolate and crisps!

Clothing – Children should wear sports clothes and astroturf shoes or trainers when attending the Football camps. Please bring Astroturf shoes and a spare pair of indoor shoes as well. No football boots please. Astroturf trainers and shin pads are recommended. We do not accept any responsibility for damaged clothing. Please ensure that your children come appropriately dressed.  Check the weather forecast before attending! If the forecast is hot, please provide plenty of water or a bottle we can refill. Apply sun cream before attending, and we also have sun cream lotions on site. (If your child has an allergy/rashes to particular sun creams please pack their own in their lunch boxes).


Please contact informing us of payment by childcare vouchers. We require your childcare voucher provider name and date of payment. Please let us know if you require our reference number.
